How to Contact Google Plus Support

Have you ever tried to contact Google+ support regarding some issue or question you had about your Business Page? If your answer is “Yes,” you already know that it’s almost impossible to find support emails, phone numbers or forms to get in touch with someone within Google who can help you with your problem.

There are tons of forums, user communities, help centers and tutorials in existence that aim to help you solve the issue yourself, and if you stop and think about it, it makes a lot of sense. Imagine what kind of undertaking it would be if Google had to attend to each and every request from their millions of users through email or phone conversation—impossible!

But what happens if your page has been suspended for some reason and you haven’t done anything wrong? What if you want to transfer the Google Maps location of your business to your new fan page and delete the old page, but you have problems doing so? What then? Well, you would need someone from Google customer support to take a look at your case.

After spending hours trying to find a way to contact Google+ support, here’s what I found. I hope it helps you save time & solve your issue easily!

In case you are already using Google Apps for Work, you can check the Google phone support numbers here. Remember that you need to have your PIN at the ready when you call.

Another way to contact Google is through this contact form, but you need to be the owner of the account in order to use it. This means that your team members who are just Admins of the G+ page won’t be able to take advantage of this option.

I’ve noticed that it’s easier to get support if you initiate your request with the account that was used to register the Google+ page.

Google Chat support

Here are the Google products where you can find Chat support.  You need to scroll down to the bottom of the page and look at the bottom right corner where you’ll see the chat handle.

The support agent will ask you for information, such as your company name, domain and number of employees, in order to find your account.

I’ll update this post if I find more ways to contact Google support for G+. Meanwhile, feel free to post comments and share your experience on the topic.
